We are just back from an amazing trip to Upper Mustang .This is our third trek with Adventure Alternative and it didn’t disappoint. Our guide Jangbu was fantastic, he was everything you need.Excellent English, informative about Mustang ,extremely Organised , quietly being the scenes checking flights,hotels ,tea houses etc ,tweeking the trip to our needs, and also very easy company and good fun.Our Porter Bikash was the loveliest young man,he started the day with a smile and that’s the way he ended it .... and so so helpful . There are so many memories of this trip but I think the hilight for us was Lomantagne and then riding up to the monastery and climbing into the caves. We would strongly recommend this adventure to anyone who wants a taste of Tibetan couture .

I wanted to write and let you know that Lyn and I had an amazing trip to Upper Mustang – definitely a trip of a lifetime.
Firstly thank you for all of your help in preparing our trip and making it come together at short notice – we had an amazing trip.
Once we were on the ground in Nepal, what made our trip very special was our guide – Nima Tendi Sherpa. Nima was outstanding – I have done many trips to different countries – and Nima was the best guide I have had the pleasure of travelling with. Key things that worked very well; Super prepared and qualified – always ahead of us and making proactive suggestions that worked well with us, knew the trip really well, knew a lot of history about Nepal as well as the Mustang region that he shared – so more than a guide, figured out what we liked/didn’t like/what worked well for our small team – and worked with us to make sure we had an exceptional trip, got us where we needed to go in the most optimal and pleasant way, great English, super kind and high integrity individual
I will be recommending Nima and Alternative Adventure to my friends and colleagues.
